#OOTD SAILORMOON EDITION

Sailormoon Fashion 

Sailormoon is my all time favorite Anime! It introduce me to "Women can do a lot of things! We can be super-heroes in our own way." Sailormoon's impeccable fashion style brings me back to the 90s!!! I would like to say thank you to my Tita's and of course my mom for everything I wore in this Blog. 

This Sailor Warrior isn't afraid to wear pastel color even if her trademark was pastel pink. But that doesn't stop her from pulling off another pastel tone. Good thing I got this clothes from my Ate at KASYA sakin!

Mamarou! My first anime crush! hahaahh I love how Sleek Mamarou in this episode. This is the outfit he's been hiding on that green suit jacket he always wear. I was so happy that I had a black turtleneck top and a gray pants (thanks to my aunt for these!) <3

Well, I just saw this Usagi dress online, I don't know if it's one of the clothes she wore in the new version of Sailormoon, but because I do have a similar outfit only longer hihihihi I let it slipped into my skin and feel like I am USAGI!

INOOOO! :) Okay I'll leave it that way! Just Kidding! I can say that this Humid Weather fashion of hers can be pulled off with our country's type of weather. Especially when you're leaving so early in the morning! The sun isn't heating that much! Besides, our office room has HIGHCOOL POWER hahahaa

The sweater game is on as I tried to pull off Rei's orange get up in this episode of Sailormoon. Sweater from Strath Conar is one of the clothes I got from my mom. She used to wear this way back when she was younger and flashback today, I'm the one wearing it!

Minako's fashion sense is always so playful with colors. She always mix and matches colors that are on the same color bases. Whether it's on primary or secondary, Minako never fails to blend her color choices that matches her personality and likings :)

Back to the 80's! My mom used to wear this way back in her early 20s (it's one of her office ootds back in the day), I love how this outfit brings back the memories of time. Basically a 90's outfit era, but as they say Fashion just goes back to where it all started. :)

One of the thrift shop goodies! The top pink sweater I am wearing is one of my favorite thrift shop wear (I guess all the clothes I wear are my favorite!). I bought it for only P50, while the black skirt is for only 99pesos (kids size) on Forever 21 and shoes from Hush Puppies way back when I was still in college (a gift from my aunt).

One of the most PRESKO wear in this blog. Usagi never fails to amuse me with all sorts of fashion aspect. Whether it's for a summer attire, spring and winter, she always has a style in all types of season.

Kdrama Feels: Fashion Inspired 2

Define too much Kdrama! :))) and because of this it's affecting the way I dress up! Special thanks to my mom's old clothes and some hand me down clothes from my aunts and cousins. As we all know, fashion pieces such as our clothes are now creating an environmental crisis nowadays. Due to fast fashion, sometimes, we don't know where we could put our excess clothes sometimes our old clothes ends up online or to given to your little cousins or others on trash bin (yes, others throw them and because of that it causes pollution).

So to avoid causing this changes to our environment, I have made this mix and match fashion pieces from the past (my mom's old clothes) and some of my wardrobe to create this fashion peg like our favorite Kdrama actress/actors. We don't need to buy new clothes to create our kdrama feels but we can actually find clothes that looks like the clothes our Kdrama heroines wear.

Kim Hye Jin's fashion style is a bit boyish when the drama had started. Since her character doesn't know much about fashion seems to be like a high school student who just wear whatever she wants and that's it. SO MUCH LIKE ME during the days!! (instead of long sleeves I used my favorite stripe shirt to match Hwang Jung Eum's stripes in She was Pretty, perfect for a tropical weathered country like the Philippines)

Kang Mo Yeon's Style is definitely one way to achieve professional type of look yet feminine. She dressed with a tucked in stripped top and an A-line type of skirt that simply emphasize or elongates her legs, at the same time it also shows her petite figure and define's her waist. To achieve that Kag Mo Yeon Look I used my mom's old top, partnered it with my Forever 21 black mini skirt, that I bought for only 99php way back :D For my shoes, it's one of my old high school shoes that was given to me by my aunt in Saudi Arabia :D

To achieve another look from Kang Mo Yeon(her arrival in Uruk) used jean type of blazer that seems to look like her blazer which is a bit of light blue that looks like it's blended with gray, and then matched it with my white shorts and shoes.

Hong  Seol's fashion style is definitely the clothes you want to wear to school not to mention it's comfy get up. Hong Seol wears over sized cardigans and clothes that can simply make relax without feeling a little bit cautious about what you wear. Just like jumpers, it's not on how you wear it but on how confident you can pull it off!  It's not exactly as Hong Seol's jumper but it's color and because it's a jumper, I have used it to pair with my Mom's old bag and white polo and sneakers.

 Bok Joo's fashion sense is always seen in a hoodie or in a layered vest, and sometimes, her outfits define her every mood. Whether she's heart broken, athletic, or happy, her style progressed from dark colors to a feminine get up and shades such as pink, peach or nude. Bok Joo's fashion sense can also be described as comfy! :) Basically it's not the same as Bok Joo's but because it's Pink and a Hoodie why not?

Do Bong Soon's fashion style is simply about classic type pieces from blazer from boring type to unboring. Since Do Bong Soon depict's a strong character, her classic wardrobe made it possible to show her super STRONG feminine side yet retaining her sweet child-like image, from ruffles to dark pretty colors. Good thing about her wardrobe is that it's not to flashy, it actually makes balance (from super stripes top toned down to plain skirts or pants or vice versa). To achieve my strong woman get up, used my black blue blazer toning it with a yellow buttoned top to my gray shorts. I basically themed up my clothes in this tropical weather, cause you'll never know when it's going to rain or when the sun would hit you up!

Fight for My Way

Since Fight for my Way is still on it's 6th episode, the growth of Choi Aera's fashion style is still on-going(hihihihi). The change of colors and style is simply make her beauty radiates. Choi Aera is simply a woman that definitely tells you she's very pretty without uttering a word and her clothing style simply tells you so. To achieve the Choi Aera's style (used Fight my Way teaser) used my mom's old pink top, partnered it with my T-shirt from Boracay and my curly bangs!

major short down! :) Yes... because I'm not that tall :DDDDDD

One thing I learned from fashion is that you don't really need expensive clothes to shout out your fashion sense. All you need is the confidence to wear it all out and show what your true colors are! :) Sometimes, buying things in a much pricey stuffs isn't that bad, we also want it sometimes! :) hihihihi <3

KDRAMA: Fashion Inspired (part 1)

I am not really a fashionable person,but I do love taking photos of the clothes I wear (you can check out my lookbook here http://lookbook.nu/littlemissjanine). I don't buy my clothes:all my stuffs were hand me down and some were gifts from Family, but since I am now on my mid 20's I tried my best to look good for myself and be happy staring at the clothes that I wear :D

So here are the Kdrama Fashion Inspiration that I did for April and May :D

Take Note: You don't need to buy the exact clothes our Unnie's and Oppa's wear on every Kdrama. You can definitely find one in your very own closet :) All you need is to mix and match and make your everyday the RUNWAY :) hohohoho 

SHIN MIN AH's SONG MARIN and GUMIHO

Shin Min Ah is widely known for having a fashionable sense in every character she's portraying and because of Tomorrow with You, many fans have been captured by Song Marin's (Shin Min Ah) fashion style. Song Marin is a photographer, and her style is very quirky and sweet, and sometimes casual (consisted of men's formal jacket) yet classy and elegant and every outfit just simply match her bubbly personality. 

In achieving this look, I really looked for clothes that are almost the same as her style in the episode 1 after she had a hang over. For the blazer, I used my Gap blazer (basil or sage in color), black designed shirt, black leather belt, and a high waist skirt that I used way back in high school, and my one and only adidas rubber shoes to complete the outfit. For accessories, I used my super dark blue (oxford blue) beach bag and a black leather bag. 

To achieve this semi look, Black Shirt (can be an oversize shirt), a denim vest, red pants, and a rubber shoes. To literally match her style don't forget your camera (SNAP!)

Define strong statement tops. To achieve this look, white top (printed with stripes or just simply white), yellow pants, a brown (black) leather bag, for shoes you can wear high heels but if you just want some comfy style you can wear your favorite sneakers and walla! Song Marin comfy version!

Who would forget the oozing fashion style of Bandanas, and it's back to complete your sporty yet preppy style. From White T-shirts, you can match it with your pedal pants, and black shoes and tying your bandana ala scarf. 

To achieve this young and adorable style, for my top, I used a almost same shade as Song MArin's top which is baby blue, a black jumper dress, a black leather bag and some black shoes (used sneakers for this look).

GUMIHO

For Gumiho's fashion style, her look is simply an adorable flash of fashion. The colors used for her outfit's was playing with the colors of nude, light colors and white. The colors and fashion style portrayed really well in the series because it matches Gumiho's innocence and character, at the same time it eludes fun and excitement for the character itself. 

To achieve this outfit, all you need is a checkered polo (any colors can do, but if you really want the exact same color you can!), white dress and a nude colored shoes. 

KIM GO EUN's Ji Euntak and Hong Seol

My other favorite fashion get up is no other than Hong Seol's and Ji Euntak's vibe. For Hong Seol, she brings back that campus feel of fashion where you can simply wear yourself. The fashion statement that says, I can be whoever I want to be, I can be casual, chic, comfy, sporty, simple or feminine! It's like all types of style in the whole school year. For Ji Eun Tak, just like Hong Seol, she also rocks her high school uniform with a lovely and adorable twist! Definitely suitable for cold weathers, since large hoodies, coats, pullovers and cardigans is the new thing! (well not suitable for my country hihihi since it's a tropical country! define tagaktak ang pawis mo pag nag sweater ka!

To achieve this look, used an almost same color shade's as Ji Euntak's hoodie, but mine is lighter hihihi, a ribbon top, a school type of skirt, leggings, and a rubber shoes. To finish your outfit don't forget your back pack and your scarfs.

To achieve this teaser photo of Ji Eun Tak, wore a black top, gray type of jumper dress, gray socks and high heeled shoes. :D

To achieve this look, gray long sleeves, a black mini skirt (best way to pull this outfit off is to tucked in your tops and match it with your black leather bag) and don't forget the Hong Seol Bangs hihihi :D

To achieve this look, White Polo top, a muslin colored pants and a shoes that matches it's color, or you can just wear black shoes just like what Hong Seol wore. 

To achieve this look, used a sage colored blazer, plain black shirt, a maong shorts and sneakers. 

To achieve this look all you need is messaged type of t-shirt, pencil cut oxford blues skirt and your favorite white sneakers :)

The brotherly style 101

In the meek of overly change of fashion style, the utterly unexplainable sense of style on men is simply hard to comply. Yes, I didn’t much find it adorable to dress up men, and I can simply imply that I don’t have much fashion sense when it comes to how they suit up. All I know is that a simple white V-neck shirt and jeans would do.

But like women’s fashion, men style can also be extremely fascinating. The simpler it looks the harder it is to choose what to wear from a men’s closet.

So my brothers had gave me a test to dress them up every Sundays for the whole year and see what I have accomplish dressing them up. (Because secretly they knew I wanted to be a fashion stylist of 2pm hohohoho) So the test goes here.

For some fun time weekend bonding with your friends and family, a baseball cap, striped ¾’s, sandals, that you could match with your favorite sling bag is not just your average comfy attire but could best bring the Peter Pan in you! Oh the cleverness of me! J

Basic Denim paired with a polo shirt, spells perfectly perfect to be with your very own Speedster Barry Allen and it’s also perfect for church.

Dressing up for an unpredictable weather can be tone down to one or more layering. Suit up with your very own coat, a pair of comfy jeans, hat and sneakers. 

This fashion get up is also inspired by 2pm's MY HOUSE. Your very own trousers, paired with a button down, leather belt, a hat and a pair of basketball shoes would surely keep off with your dance moves “It’s alright”
