ODD FAMILY: ZOMBIES ON SALE

This movie is not your ordinary zombie movie. Every sequence in this movie is very funny that you just can't move on from the last phase. They are really an ODD FAMILY! It stars Kim Nam Gil (The Fiery Priest), Jung Garam (Love Alert), Uhm Ji Won, Soo Kyung Lee and Jung Jae Gyong.

THE DUDE IN ME

You know that it's comedy when it involves soul swapping. This movie is about a gangster who swaps soul with a teenager who's usually bullied in school. The rumble of fun starts when they actually swapped. I wanted to give some major spoilers but do watch the film because the plot twist was like OH MY GEE! It stars Park Sung Wo, Kung Jin Young and Ra Miran.

KUNSHU SENSEI (My Teacher, My Love)

Watched this movie because of Ryoma Takeuchi haaha.. This movie is actually a Romance Comedy but I guess it gave me more laugh than romance. I don't like movies that talks about teacher and student love, I just don't see the romance in there. Since it's an adaption of the manga (it felt like the movie was squeeze in so much), you'll really get to see a lot of comical expression from our main girl. It stars Hinami Hamabe and Ryoma Takeuchi

DREAMS

FINAL RECIPE

I have been waiting for so long for this movie. Final Recipe stars Henry Lau a student who was raised by his grandfather after his mother died and his father left for a business trip but never came back. Mark is an aspiring Chef and tries his best to achieve his dream. He decided to join a cooking show called Final Recipe and as he was chasing his dreams it also led him to a memory from his past.  I was in shock about the twist in movie like I didn't see that coming. It stars Henry Lau, Michelle Yeoh, and Chin Han.

FRIENDSHIP

CLASSROOM ASSASINATION 1 and 2

This is one of my favorite anime. I'm super happy that they had made this into a movie. Well, because this is movie adaptation it felt like they sqeeze everything in two films. But nevertheless this movie is so good it left tears in my eyes. Senseeeeeiiii.... 

FRIEND ZONE

This movie can also be under romance but I guess I felt like this movie showed the value of friendship more. Palm is stuck with the term "Friend Zone" by Gink. Even if he has a crush on her for so long, he remains to be the bestest friend you'll need in times when you needed to vent your heart out and when you need some laughs. Super ganda nito! PATI ENDING!!!!

THE LAST WISH
A friendship movie that gave comedic humor with a dramatic twist in the end. Watching this movie made me thanked my best friends whose always here with me. It a story about 3 friends who fulfilled the last wish of their best friend who has muscular dystrophy and has learned that he has only few more days to live. It's a "Kurot sa heart" movie that would surely make you thanked your friends whose now your family.

SHINNING DAYS
This movie is about Traditional Music battling with Modern Music. It's like Pitch Perfect but Musical Instruments. It is so inspiring that would let you looked back on the classical instruments of your "Mahal na Bayan". I wish we have this kind of movies! I love how they battled through their way to let Chinese Traditional Music be heard again.  It also tells us to love your country's music they way you love foreign music. A beautiful story of friendship, a slice of life and music! It stars Peng Yu Chang, Xu Lu, Zhao Hao Lu, Luo Ming Jae and Eunice Tan

LOVE STORY
If you guys have watched Our Times and loved Vivian Sung and Darren Wang these films are for you.

Fall in Love at First Sight
Is a remake of the Japanese Drama Itazura na Kiss, there's also a Tawainese drama "It started with a Kiss" (my tita heart is screaming!), and a korean drama called Playful Kiss. This version has a modern twist but I guess the movie was a quick recap of all remakes of Itazura Kiss. But don't ya worry because this movie would make you feel kilig till the end! :) Darren Wangggg! <3 

LOVE THE WAY YOU ARE

This is a school romance for everyone who wanted a smooth and light feel drama. Watching this movie is like a Wattpad story comes into a movie. It felt like I wish I had this lovestory when I was young hahaha unfortunately WALA haha... It's a feel good movie that you wont get so much stress watching it! Super Cute! It stars Vivian Sung and Song Wei Long 

FAMILY 

HELLO GHOST
This is a heartwarming comedy that stars Cha Tae Hyun who has failed commiting suicide and was forced to live with ghosts. This could also fall in comedy due to it's humor, but I guess I felt like this movie had touched the heart of family. I love the part when Cha Tae Hyun's character said "It's my first time living with others, although I wish they are normal people" . The ending was a twist for me! My tears went out like crazy! Super nice movie guys!

OVERDRIVE

A Tale of Two Brothers who was close when they were younger but when hormones kicked HAHAHA they suddenly became distant but their love for racing is still intact. Overdrive is a live-action of the manga with the same time but this plot was super different. Tried reading some few pages of Overdrive but my laziness couldn't figure it out haha. This story shows a brotherly love with perfect racing sequences. It stars Mackenyu and Masahiro Hagashide

LOVE SLING
A father and son comedy drama that wrestles with your emotion. "I got a life companion, my boy" a words of a father who has nothing but lovefor his son. It's a family movie that would remind you that "Our parents would do anything just for us" It stars Kim Min Jae, Lee Sung Kyung and Yu Hae Jin

GO BROTHER
A beautiful fantasy sibling story about a brother whose a prankster and his sister who hated his tricks and wished he didn't exist. After watching this movie my younger brothers suddenly gave me a hug and tease me how much they love me. *tears* It stars Peng Yu Chang and Wendy Zi Feng

TOUCH YOUR HEART

No matter how hard it is, rise up through your failures because your failures are the backbone to your success.

My mom use to say it's okay to fail, to not be scared of failing, to always be thankful of how failures are. Me being me like why would I even be thankful of failures? It makes my heart uneasy and crashed into pieces. Failures teaches us the value of standing up again after a great fall. Failures are the reason for us to rise over and over again even if failures are repititive. It also reminds us to never give up, positivity may be too risky for others (due to the evidence of "MAYBE I COULDN'T DO IT) but doing things with a positive heart will lead you to path you want to take. "Hindi mo pa nga nasusubukan, susuko ka na?"

Touch your heart is a light drama that gives you kilig from episode 1 to episode 16. It's the only drama for me that the lead actors weren't cringey! Ohn Jin Shim was the strawberry on top of this Drama, Atty. Kwon Hyun Rok was the additional strawberry syrup that made everything cute and perfect. This series is like the reincarnation of Kim Sun and Wang Yeo.

Yoon In Na as Jin Shim was super cute and she's the only character whose "Gandang-ganda sa sarili" without being weird, MAGANDA TALAGA SIYA!!! Super Blend ung character nila ni Lee Don Wook!

Kilig na Kilig talaga ako bes! hihihihi If you want some light drama and feast to your eyes and heart this drama could be for you. I used to dream that maybe Life can be like a kdrama, you will meet that specific someone and would make your life turn upside down (In a the most beautiful way) but at the end of the day realities are not what we see on tv screens and movies it's how you make it. It may be your dreams or your life or your one great love.

A philosopher once said hahahaha to my chingu hello cher!!  "LOve is the greatest and painful feeling you'll ever feel in your lifetime".  Sometimes you really need to take one foot forward and take the risk in love, dreams, career, and in life! :)

Kahogo no Kahoko

I Love Kahoko! It's super fun watching this series not only because I like Ryoma hahaha but because of Kahoko! Super happy that I have come across to a character like her. There are some moments when I felt like she's been doing too much for her family, that she becomes too exhausted but in the end her family loves her so much because her being true to her feelings. 

Kahoko no Kahogo is a family drama that focuses on Nemoto Kahoko. A naive 21 year old university student who relies in her mother in everything in her life, from the clothes she wear, to the food she eats to everything she does. 

One day she met a young man whose a total opposite on how she lives. Their love story started by Mugino Hajime telling her how sheltered she was. She was quite unsure about how this young man was but as the series progress, slowly she fell for him. (HAAHAHA)

These words are words from our parents. To always be kind and calm. To always think about the things we say before we actually say it. To be kind to others because it is always the right thing to do. Kindness is an act of goodness, kindness doesn't mean your weak but it's a source of strenght. Take care of those kindness so that you won't get advantage of. Our words from our parents are always a reminder for us and I guess this series reminded us to LISTEN. We may not understand it at first, but they're doing this because they love us and if there's something you wish to say, tell them so that they would understand. It may be hard at first but communication is the key for good relationship.

Whenever I remember this words Baba told Kahoko and Mugino before she passed away, I always remember what my grandmother tells us. Take care of our health. Health makes our dreams come true. Get enough sleep so that you'll wake up strong for the whole day. Eat properly but not to the extend you hunger yourself or full yourself. Love one another, because that's what family is. Like Kahoko, I was also close to my grandmom, how I wish I could hug and kiss her again and take pictures with her before leaving the house.
